Q: Can I smoke or eat with my grillz?
A: We highly recommend that customers do not smoke or eat with the grillz on as it may result in a change of color or shape.
Q: When will I receive my grillz?
A: The whole process will take approximately 30 business days from the day we ship out the molding kit to receiving the final product.
Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: Yes, we accept orders over the phone.
Q: Can I request a specific design that’s not on the website?
A: Yes, please call us or send us an email for a specific design.
Q: What carrier do I send in my mold?
A: Please drop off the molding kit package to a USPS location. Any other carrier will not be acceptable.
Q: Is ordering online safe?
A: Yes, our company uses Authorize.net that secures online payments, and we are also secured by SSL.
Q: Do I have to sign for my package?
A: You do not have to sign for the molding kit package, but a signature is required when receiving the gold teeth package.
Q: Do you use real gold?
A: Yes, we guarantee real 10k, 14k, and 18k gold.
Q: Are your products plated?
A: No, we do not dip or use plated gold on any of our products.
Q: Do I have to pay to ship out my mold?
A: No, we provide you a paid return package to send the mold back to us.
